“My wife and I moved to Beckwith just outside of Carleton Place in spring 2020. We had been recommended to contact CN Aquatics by a good friend regarding the installation of an inground pool, landscaping, and interlock.
We felt right away that we had hired the right company for the job. The process for all work done was very professional. The detail to levelling our yard, where the pool would go, what they needed to do and what the end result would be was amazing. To say the least, we were thrilled with the end result. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, and so is the waterfall they built for us. They built pads for our large gazebo and shed, levelled the grounds and sodded all around the pool. They also did an amazing job on our interlock. We needed a rock wall retainer next to the interlock in order to keep heavy rain from causing flooding. They actually levelled the interlock so precisely, the rain water flows away from the pool in all areas and also away from the home.
We are so happy that we had Chris from CN Aquatics to guide us through the entire process from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail, before and during the work. If we had it to do all over again, we would not hesitate to have CN Aquatics do the work for us.”

We tried to open our inground pool after the winter and discovered we had a massive leak with several inches of water forcing its way out of the ground within a couple of hours of turning on the pump. I tried multiple local Ottawa pool repair companies and most were too busy to even return my phone call. One quoted $450 to come and do a leak detection before they could quote the repair, and their wait list was 4 weeks. CN Aquatics came and looked at the pool the same week for no charge and quoted on the spot. No heavy equipment, no leak detection. The following week they came with shovels and up the side of the pool with the leak without breaking the concrete. They found that a pipe had deteriorated over the winter, and came back and repaired it the next day. All for less than $700. Amazing, highly recommend!

Excellent all round service. I've been using CN for 3+ years. They do a great job opening and closing but also major overhaul - they changed the liner of my 80K litre kidney-shaped pool, fitted salt cell instead of the old awful chlorinator, also variable speed pump. and sand filter All very well done, they adapted the system professionally where necessary and after using 3 different companies for quotes etc I found them the most competitive. Highly recommend them and I still use them.
